I first got to know Wear Raphael when they were focused on underwear (which I highly recommend), and when they made the move into swimwear, I had the chance to work closely with them on this exact design. We did an in-person fitting session where I tried on the early samples and helped refine the fit, making sure everything sat exactly as it should.
The retro stripe design is what immediately stands out. It’s got that throwback feel, but done in a way that still feels current. A small set of strong colours working together properly, and I’m always a fan of that.
This is one of my go-to pieces for me when I want a bit of a lift. I’ve worn these in the pool and at the beach, and there’s just something about them that genuinely cheers me up. It’s fun, it’s easy, and it brings a bit of energy without having to try too hard.

Why are there different prices for different designs?
We sell each design at the same price set by the brand that supplies it. That means pricing can vary between styles or collections.
The Heatwave Club will never increase prices beyond what the brand sets, and if anything, you might find items priced lower during sales. Buying multiple brands in one purchase may save you shipping costs than if you were to directly purchase these individually.
What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags attached
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to request a return:
Contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your request is approved and provide return instructions.
Who covers return postage?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:
- Receipt of your item
- Whether your refund has been approved
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange for another reason, get in touch and we’ll try to help.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia - with more locations coming soon. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
