The Dave Rich Review
This one’s for when you’re feeling a bit more daring. DEN’s skinny fit has a little less coverage, a higher cut, and a much more confident silhouette than your standard swim brief. It’s not for hiding away… but that’s kind of the point.
What I like about this design is how the tropical fish inspired stripe design keeps it feeling bold, but still easy to pull off. And if you’re chasing razor sharp tan lines, this is exactly the type of style you want to putting on.
As part of my ongoing partnership with DEN, I’ve had the chance to try a lot of their pieces, and this is one of those styles that stands out for doing something a bit different. They’ve built a reputation over the past couple of years for creating swimwear that works for all shapes and sizes, and even with a more daring cut like this, it still feels supportive and well thought through.

This style is true to size for most, but due to the slimmer cut, you may prefer sizing up if you want a bit more coverage.

Why are there different prices for different designs?
We sell each design at the same price set by the brand that supplies it. That means pricing can vary between styles or collections.
The Heatwave Club will never increase prices beyond what the brand sets, and if anything, you might find items priced lower during sales. Buying multiple brands in one purchase may save you shipping costs than if you were to directly purchase these individually.
What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags attached
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to request a return:
Contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your request is approved and provide return instructions.
Who covers return postage?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:
- Receipt of your item
- Whether your refund has been approved
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange for another reason, get in touch and we’ll try to help.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia - with more locations coming soon. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you’ll see estimated delivery dates at checkout. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
