Why are there different prices for different designs?
The Heatwave Club sells each design at the same price set by the brand that supplies it. That means pricing can vary between styles or collections.
The Heatwave Club will never increase prices beyond what the brand sets, and if anything, you might find items priced lower during sales. Buying multiple items/brands in one purchase recieves Heatwave Summer Savings discounts, and you may save on shipping costs than if you were to directly purchase these individually.
What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags attached
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to request a return:
Contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your request is approved and provide return instructions.
Who covers return postage?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:
- Receipt of your item
- Whether your refund has been approved
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange for another reason, get in touch and we’ll try to help.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Who can wear The Heatwave Club products?
Everyone.
We believe everybody - and every body - deserves to feel incredible in their swimwear. Confidence isn’t something you’re given, it’s something you choose.

What size should I choose?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us -we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
What is your shipping policy
We ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia - with more locations coming soon. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you’ll see estimated delivery dates at checkout. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your products sustainable?
We work with brands that prioritise quality and responsible production where possible. Sustainability varies by brand, and details can be found on individual product pages.
